History

The basic requirement for the creation of the concept was to guaranteed durability. This was achieved by using the same principle that has long been used for motor for the window regulators. The motor uses a worm gearbox and the same principle is used in the new concept. Instead of a worm wheel, there is a worm guide rail with an internal worm thread. The worm shaft is used the same from the current motor.

First idea was created in company Brose  in August 2022.

After many, many computer variants was made real prototype.

First real prototypes was not the "good way". 

So in August 2023 was made and tested first real function prototype  "concept".

 

A PCT patent for worldwide protection was created at the end of 2023 and writen by author of the idea:

Went one year of improvement and development and  testing . 

The final concept took its final shape.
